The Last Comer - Dialogue Player Sprites not visible

Hi, today i decided that after trying all fanmade games, i thought i could play The Last Comer again. At first i noticed something, that when i choose the character, i can't see the sprite of who am i choosing to play.



The same thing happens in the game.



What should i do to fix this? Please help.

I actually remember running into the exact same bug last time I booted up this game. I'm pretty sure that the problem is that the relevant image files are misnamed and that you just need to fix that to make it work properly.

That said, I can't find where I put TLC and its been literally years, so this might not be at all helpful.
