I'm fine with doing this manually/actively. Though given Seija would have her turn and just be waiting on the others, it might just be better to have it run through, given there'd be no player input.

That's what I was thinking too. I don't expect to need to interrupt anyone while they're introducing themselves, and I don't want to put in, like, twenty Beats, so anything that's not Seija introducing herself (and whatever conversation spawns from there) should probably be auto-piloted for everyone's sanity.
