>Roark leads you into a room, inside are boxes and shelves lined with various rocks, minerals, and artifacts of some kind. In the center is a table where seven peculiar looking rocks are laid out in a row:


>"What's all this?" Reisen asks
>"We dig up a lot of things in the mine." Roark explains, "This is a storage room for some of our more interesting finds. Most of this stuff, especially the fossils, gets donated to museums." he turns around, "However, I don't believe I properly thanked the two of you for your help earlier today, so I would like for each of you to have one of the fossils on this table as a token of my appreciation."

>"Oh, it's fine if you don't know what they are." Roarks smirks, "Anyway, fossils are the preserved remains of something ancient that died and went extinct a very long time ago. However, with modern technology, if you manage to get your hands on a fossilized pokemon, you can take it to a special laboratory to have it revived."
>He touches the second fossil from the right, "My Rampardos, for instance, was once just a mere Skull Fossil like this one."

>"Yes, revived... Though it's closer to cloning if you want to be technical about it... There are machines out there that can extract DNA from fossils and reconstruct a living pokemon from it. We have such a machine here in the Oreburgh Mining Museum, in fact."

>"Well, each fossil, if revived, will be, from left to right, an Omanyte, Kabuto, Aerodactyl, Lileep, Anorith, Cranidos, and Shieldon respectively. Their types vary, but the thing they all have in common that all of them are at least part Rock type."

>Mega Drain is just a stronger version of absorb.
>Stun Spore is an attack where the pokemon releases a paralyzing powder. The pokedex says that Grass type and Electric type pokemon are immune to this move.
>Worry Seed is an attack that plants a worry-inducing seed on the target, which makes them temporarily insomniac and unable to fall asleep while the seed is attached to them.

That old amber there can be revived into an Aerodactyl, which is a Rock and Flying type. Then you have Lileep, a Rock/Grass type, and Anorith, a Rock/Bug type. And on the right you have Cranidos, which is a pure Rock type, and Shieldon, which is a Rock and Steel type."
