I imagine that taking Sakuya's watch like that is only going to make her madder, but, uh, this is already probably past the point of no return, so.

(I'm also not liking where this is going in a general sense, but I'll save my irritation for if the worst-case scenario actually happens.)

Basically i want to cut down the excessive use of clones, we have been abusing it too much, for example the Batterydai-chans.

Speaking of that, are you done with them ?

The BatteryDais got remade into the ArmyBugs.

I don't really like how I haven't made a single clone so far this game day, while other people made clones out the ass to search for the doll, and when spring cleaning time finally comes (despite me suggesting it a game day or two ago), the majority of the clones proposed for being put on the chopping block is the group of clones I was having my fun with, referred to with a group name that is long since defunct given the group has been repurposed into being used for someone else's fun (a repurposing that I don't specifically begrudge at all, of course).

You want to start a reduction? Cut all of the search parties. Then I'll start thinking about who I might be willing to give up.

Either way it will be better, since then less worries for everyone, and so we can focus more on the most important.

//Really the only Dais I'd have a problem with removing right now are Maskdai, Sherlock, Mikobug, the HifuuBugs, Sendai, Medidai, Sumidai, Armydais (Though we could limit their activity to a minimum), Probe, Sumiflan 2 (Who I'm going to use as Probe's night watch...), the 3 Stooges, and any clones they depend on to exist, since some of them are Flan-type clones. I'm fine with removing the other Dais.

Here are my thoughts on the matter. Note that this does not apply to the immediate, but to the long term. (I don't think we need to do a mass-nuke of any kind right now.)

I believe clones of other people and bugs* should all be allowed to stick around, because all of them can always be put on auto-pilot. From there...

- 2 should be left alone. Getting rid of her would be an awful thing to do to Hamiya.
- 4 and X are expendable once I'm finished with that subplot, though perhaps 4 should live on as a FloraBug.
- SenDai needs to stick around for the sake of the TaoBugs. If we can't end up Bugging Seiga, though, then we can transform SenDai into the new MikoBug and get rid of the current MikoBug.
- I would like to keep one dedicated traveling companion for our outside world friends. More than that is unnecessary, even if they get split up again, since Sumi has no problems talking to herself.

Off the top of my head, I have no real attachment to anyone else.

*The possible exception here is the ArmyBugs: Once the fairy village is established, they could be reabsorbed. I would like to keep a FloraBug around regardless, though.

I am also okay with re-merging Maskdai-chan once that part of the story is dealt with, and i don't think we need Sherlockdai-chan either now, and since Miss Sakuya seem like will have a lot to ponder, we can use Dai-chan Yuuka for the time travel to find Belgrade and then re-merge her too.

Also Kilga, i understand that you have little to no attachment to Belgrade or Lucien, so if we try to do something regarding them you don't need to interfere unless there is a mistake you spotted. (That sudden thing about asking onee-chan to call the two goddesses to fuse with them was really on a bad timing, but i unfortunately swallowed it...)

My stance on the kids is that what's done is done in regards to their creation, but I would really really like it if Dais I'm using aren't forced to drop everything and deal with kid-related disasters, such as by going off on searches or giving long self-deprecating monologues about how terrible they are as people. I really do want absolutely nothing to do with them and it's hard to not be annoyed that this is the second time that this has happened, especially if the end result of this incident is to cost us things I enjoyed having while the kid sub-plots come out unaffected.

All that being said, I would wait until after Seiga has been thoroughly checked before re-absorbing Sherlock. If Miko is going to get roped into the investigation, I insist her participation be done properly. :V

Also I made several edits to my clone-culling thoughts after dwelling on them some more, so there's that to look back over.

Fair enough, we need this to reach a more harmonic state on this quest, and since this is the only thing Daiyousei can piece together from what she know now to fix, it is a step on the right direction.

Preferably at an inconvenient time for her. Since I believe Sakuya doesn't deserve that clone anymore thanks to that dick move she pulled. Seriously, that was disproportionate retribution incarnate. I mean withholding that kind of information (Had it been something less important or unrelated to the situation, I would've been fine with it.) just because we annoyed her and then lying to our face (She said she'd tell us the small bit of info regarding Belgrade that she DIDN'T withhold after she erases our memory, but she didn't. Of course,  depending on what we remember, we might not even know she lied to us.) is pretty extreme...

//That being said, I will not be willing to completely trust Sakuya for a while.
