>Marigold's eyes twinkle briliantly at the show of love between you and your Rin. Evidently the young woman doesn't necessarily mind one of her mothers kissing a woman other than the other one. She even goes so far as to say "Lovely..." aloud.

>The young youkai's eyes drift to the ring on her finger. "Yes. Things can be complicated sometimes. And things don't always come together the way people want them to." She looks up then, looking between you and Rin, then smiles gently. "But, sometimes they do."

>It's the exception, not the norm, but it's hardly unheard of in Yamato. It is perfectly legal, as it is in more than half the countries in the world. Even encouraged in some parts of it. It would be highly unusual for someone as young as you to have multiple spouses, but even that isn't entirely unheard of.
>It might not do your reputation any favors, though. It would most likely make you appear rather reckless in matter of the heart, or in the worst case scenario, that you were taking advantage of your loved ones. Anyone who knew you would know better, of course, but the general public is not always the most understanding bunch.
